This website is provided using Framer. The service provider is Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. Framer processes data as a processor for technical operations and uses additional infrastructure service providers.

When you access the website, technically necessary connection and request data are processed. This may include your IP address, request time, requested page or file, referrer, browser and device information, and technical status and error data. This enables delivery of the website, fault detection and operational security.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure provision of our online services. Technical data are retained only as long as necessary for the relevant operational or security purpose; a specific security incident may require longer retention for investigation.

If you contact us by email, phone, or a contact or demo form, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. Depending on the contact method and fields completed, this includes your name, business contact details, information about your business, message content and related communications data.

We use native Framer forms. Submitted information is delivered through Framer to our email address for processing. We have not configured these forms to forward information to Google Sheets or an external CRM. Framer supports technical form processing and protection against automated submissions.

If your enquiry concerns a contract or steps prior to entering into one, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is properly handling and documenting your request. Legally required retention is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Information marked as required is needed to process the relevant enquiry. Without it, you may be unable to submit the form or we may be unable to process your request fully. You can alternatively contact us by email or phone.

We delete enquiry data once processing is complete unless statutory retention obligations, legitimate evidentiary requirements or other legal grounds require further storage.

We use Framer Analytics to understand use of our online services through aggregated statistics. These include page views, frequently visited pages and traffic sources.

According to Framer, this analysis operates without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. To calculate daily visits, the IP address and browser identifier are hashed with a key that changes daily. The resulting association is reset every day. Framer describes the statistics provided as anonymised.

To the extent that personal data are processed in the technical generation of these statistics, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our interest is a data-minimising analysis and improvement of the website. We currently do not use Google Analytics or other analytics services configured by us on this website.

According to the provider, no analytics cookies are used for the Framer analysis described here. The cookie and storage functions of the CampNerd booking widget are separate and described under “Booking widget”.

Our website links to external services, such as the booking portals presented here. An ordinary link loads the linked service only when you open it. When you visit it, the respective provider processes the resulting access data under its own responsibility. Please consult its privacy notice.

No external video, calendar, WhatsApp or AI chat services are currently embedded on this marketing website. Describing our products does not activate these services. Independent use of the booking widget is covered by the separate section on this page.

Within CampNerd, access to enquiries and other personal data is limited to people who need it for their duties. Framer and technical email service providers may process data for website operations and communications.

Other recipients may include advisers bound by professional confidentiality or public bodies, where processing is necessary and legally permitted. Providers acting solely on our behalf are engaged in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

Technical service providers may involve providers or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Framer describes safeguards for these transfers under Chapter V GDPR, particularly applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. They are then deleted or anonymised unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds prevent this.

If further retention is required, for example for tax records or legal claims, processing is restricted to those purposes. The booking widget's retention periods are not automatically the retention periods for this website.

Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access to your personal data (Article 15 GDPR), rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20).
